FIT

The INSAND FIT class is our signature experience. Get more out of every minute as you move in sand! Leveraging the extra resistance along with the reduced impact on joints, sand is truly the magic that helps make the FIT class the best 60 minutes in fitness. On top of the amazing benefits of moving in sand, each class is led by a professional coach through best in practice programming. Our programming combines functional fitness exercises with athletic based movement and reactionary drills to challenge mind and body. Move at your own pace and get a front row seat to your own transformation.

 

Strength

INSAND members get access to the INSAND gym. Book through the app as available from 5am to 10pm seven days a week. Compliment the cardio and tone work on the sand with strength training in the gym. More info -

 

Volley

Learn how to play beach volleyball or play beach volleyball better. From the complete beginner to the aspiring pro, our 60 minute VOLLEY classes help you improve faster, while also getting an amazing workout outdoors. Programmed by 4x Olympian and Gold Medalist Reid Priddy, these classes are designed to achieve solid foundational skill development so that you can enjoy the game at any level.

 

Stretch and Foam Roll

Feel restored, upright and refreshed after this class! Led by our expert coaches, this recovery class utilizes best practices in stretching, corrective postural exercises, foam rolling, breath work and more to reset your body so that it is ready to enjoy more activity.

 

Junior

INSAND offers different junior programs and classes throughout the year. We teach them how to play beach volleyball in sessions filled with movements and exercises that require the entire body to work as one unit. As your child learns how to play beach volleyball their overall athleticism will improve. More info -
